We are looking for works that explore Islam, Muslim identity, narratives or experiences. We want works that put a lens to the lives of Muslims across the world.

Please do read our about section and past issues to ensure your submission fits our theme.

We follow the Hijri Calendar for our submission timelines and are open a total of four months a year.

We are currently currently open for submission for our fourth issue. Send in your work. Happy writing!

Submissions must have never appeared in another publication. Work might have been published on a blog or personal website, as long as it is taken down upon acceptance.

By submitting to Iman Collective, you are confirming that all of the enclosed work is original and belonging to you.

We acquire First Serial Rights to the works that we accept for publication. Upon acceptance, your piece may not appear anywhere else until we publish it—at which point the rights revert back to you, the contributor.

Please credit Iman Collective as first publisher when you republish work that originated with us. We also reserve the right to archive, reprint, and of course promote your writing.

We nominate works for the Pushcart Prize, Best of the Net, and Best Small Fiction anthologies.
